What exactly is your proprietary straining process?
First, we use ultrafiltered milk as the basic ingredient. It’s an excellent starting point because it’s more concentrated in protein and contains less lactose, the sugar naturally present in milk.
(Then, as with all yogurts, we add bacterial cultures to the milk to ferment it).
But what makes our yogurt truly innovative is the proprietary manufacturing process that reduces the yogurt’s sugar even more while keeping a high protein content.
