
VANILLA CHIA PUDDING WITH YOGURT

This delicately sweet blend of chia seeds, vanilla yogurt, and your favourite fruit on top is packed with flavour and ready in less than 10 minutes. Whether you’re starting or ending your day with this wonderful recipe, we promise you’ll be left feeling satisfied.

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Seasonal fruit
directions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt with milk and chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir and serve in 2 bowls (or Mason jars to go). Garnish with seasonal fruit.
