1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Seasonal fruit
directions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt with milk and chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir and serve in 2 bowls (or Mason jars to go). Garnish with seasonal fruit.
