1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup whole milk

2 tbsp. chia seeds

Seasonal fruit

directions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt with milk and chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Stir and serve in 2 bowls (or Mason jars to go). Garnish with seasonal fruit.
