Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple cubes
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup strawberry yogurt
  • Toppings:
  • Pineapple cubes
  • Strawberry slices
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Granola
 

Preparation

  1. In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve the smoothie in a bowl with the toppings of your choosing.
