Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple cubes
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup strawberry yogurt
- Pineapple cubes
- Strawberry slices
- Sunflower seeds
- In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth.
- Serve the smoothie in a bowl with the toppings of your choosing.
